This is why we offer subject leader support packages to assist with the creation and ongoing management of the mandatory AfPE 'Evidencing the impact' document, in addition to all of the day to day challenges the role brings.

I worked with Ashleigh as a primary school teacher looking to build on my teaching skills within physical education. As an enthusiastic lover of sport anyway, I thought I was confident in my knowledge and delivery in a number of different areas. In the time we worked together, he supported me to build on this to better notice the productivity of my lessons and the scaffolding needed to support the more able children and the less confident. I personally feel more confident also in my delivery of PE knowing I can reach all abilities of children in each lesson.
